Such a small airport. Not many choices to dine in or take out for foods.Best thing was that the toilet have automatic covers. It's very nice.

We are sitting here with waiting for a gate to openThey have the worst management that i have seen in an INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTThey dont have pilots in a cockpit and they have an airplane with ppl in it that doesn't have fuel cuz they dont have a fuelerI have been up since 2 in the morning and it is now 6 pmthey are the worst airportWeather doesn't effect this kind of situation cuz there management is trashAlso when we called the employees where rude

Waited 10 1/2 hours for maintenance issues , switched gates 4x, had to replace Capt and crew and yet in all that time the plane wasn't fueled until we were on waiting!!! WTH ?!?!

I like that it is a smaller airport and easy to get to. Efficient for my needs!

Mostly good, small and easy to get around. With the winter weather the parking needs help.
Didn't plow any of the roads around airport. Still very icy at 10AM. Couldn't go thru TSA pre because the guy didn't give me a card even if it's on my boarding pass. He wasn't paying attention to what he was doing

Uh oh! For people who live in des moines, this airport measured 12 inches of snow! Be safe, watch your step, and have your phones charged cause we are expecting another 8 inches by next week. Also, des moines is expecting a blizzard storm soon so watch out for that too. I only did this place because of the measurements they did- i have actually never flown there but i bets a great airport! Please- for families in des moines, watch out for the weather, cause its gonna get worse

Plane to Houston from DSM 6-20-2024 water pipes frozen in forward and rear restrooms because someone left door open over night. Flight delayed 6 hours . Missed connection!!!Please train your employees better!!!!
