My order today was Amazing! It was just like the way Dunkin Donuts use to be! Whoever did the baking and frosting of the donuts today should get a raise! The donuts actually had frosting on them, fresh and delicious. Perfect!

We ordered in the drive through, and one of the drinks we wanted required a syrup that the store was out of. The employee incredibly politely said that they were out of it and than offered a replacement that would make the drink taste similar. Probably the best service I've had at a drive through in a long time, and they didn't even ask for a tip.

Was disappointed this morning. I work in office 1 day a week regular office hours. Decided to leave the house 25 mins early and grab a warm hot coffee before work. Soon as I got there I had extra 20 minutes to spare. I had gotten my order taken right away as soon as I pulled up in the drive through. Just a hot coffee and a water turned into waiting in line for 15 minutes behind the 4 cars ahead that were around the corner still waiting. I only got 2 cars ahead and waited till my very last minute being the 2nd finally to window and had to pull off or I was going to be late to work. Very frustrating. This was around 7:15-7:30 in the morning which is the biggest coffee/breakfast rush for those working normal day hours.. should not be waiting in line for 15-20 mins. Ended up no coffee this morning and was 30 seconds from clocking in late…

The staff here are wonderful, they are friendly and fast whether you use the drive thru or go inside. I can take my computer and sit down with free wifi and do my work. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs. I have been sitting at a table and can hear the Manager talking to the employees and she is very helpful to them and treats them with respect. I love when I can hear them laughing and working it means they like what they do and it shows!!!

Turkey sausage, egg, and cheese muffin is delicious. Its hard to find places that have turkey breakfast.
I pulled into the drive thru this morning for a little treat. The lady who took my order sounded very monotone and didn't even say hello or anything. Now I work in retail so I understand that customer service is hard, especially in the morning, but she didn't even try. So she takes my order, and there's about 3 cars in front of me. In less than a minute they've all been serviced and have their food, which is great! Many other dunkins I've been to are not this fast. However, it's the quality of the food you lose when you get fast service. My bagel minis were cold, like they just took them out of the package into the bag. And my donut was honestly just sad. There was a hole in the bottom so the cream fell out, and almost no chocolate frosting. I was more disappointed than angry. I ended up heating the bagel mini's in the microwave at home. I'll go to the dunkin just up the road from now on.

At the opening of the store the service and food were great, but now you get barely any frosting on your donuts, and they never remember to put bacon on the avocado toast....so frustrating
