It's astonishing that a coffee establishment like Dunkin' Donuts, whose primary trade is selling coffee, requires a manager to be present just to sell gallons of coffee to go. I needed coffee for a meeting with around 20 attendees, and upon visiting this place for a bulk purchase, I was informed that such transactions could only occur with a manager on duty. This level of service is perplexing. I sought coffee from a business that specializes in it, yet ended up having to resort to a supermarket to fulfill my needs—not the actual coffee business! This approach to service is bewildering. Relying on a manager's presence to sell gallon-sized coffee to go is a surefire way to miss out on significant business opportunities.

Usually a good experience here, but this morning was the worst. Zero customer service from the woman working the window. I don't think she even spoke to me. Ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. Received a cup of white substance that tasted like sugar milk. Not a drip of coffee in there from what I could taste. Back to Starbucks we go.

The employees at this Dunkin are extremely rude, no matter how polite you are or how easy your order is. I understand how stressful service jobs are, but I feel like I'm doing something wrong or offending them personally just by being there. It's so uncomfortable, skip this location if you can.
You are always welcomed with a good morning! The work these ladies and gentlemen put in each and every morning amazes me. No matter how busy or slow they are they still kick butt and get things done! Today especially they knocked it out of the water with surprising me with an extra donut! Thank you all for your continued hard work ? Thank you to Roger, Anthony and all the ladies who help me.

once again messed up our order. this place is so consistent at messing up its sad. Ordered two donuts and two drinks 1 of the drinks was wrong and both the donuts were wrong... they got 1 of the 4 items right. Again this isn't a 1 time thing usually wrong more than right. Who ever is running this store needs to train their staff better. Its god awful as of right now will not be returning. Ill spend my $15 somewhere else every morning

Went through the drive thru and it made me late to work because the stupid children working today don't understand customer service and don't have the ability to tell people to go back around or come in SHOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO ORDER OTHER ITEMS AFTER LEAVING THE MENU BOARD, I ORDERED HOT COFFEE AND GOT COLD 28 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU, CUSTOMER BEHIND ME DROVE OFF THIS IS A SORRY PLACE AND THEY THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY WELL IT'S NOT FUNNY AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE OR DUNKIN AGAIN

I ordered on the app and when I went to pick up my order they told me that they didn't have it so I should show them the order I had placed on the app. they asked me about the payment if it had already been withdrawn from my account (it was in pending as normal if you have a US bank account) the money had already been taken, it showed me that my order was already there. and finally I gave them the order number that the app gave me and when they looked for it magically there it was. and waited from 6:15 to 7:10 for my donuts
