Friendly, let me order with no banana, the mint one was good but not very minty. No photos of the drinks or anything, so you have to use your imagination. They're focusing more on all their plastic packages of food I guess, like other smoothie shops in the area.

They have great services and a good variety on their menu. We tried 2 smoothies and they were not thick like a smoothie. Also, the peppermint patty smoothie was gross. They should consider a different milk option besides almond milk for that one.

Severely delicious!! Diagnosed celiac just over 10 years now. Been in Iowa just over 5 yrs. Moved from AZ where the general public is more celiac aware. I've had trouble finding a variety of GF friendly places to get something to eat in a pinch, especially when Im working. Evolve is for sure a new favorite!

I work nearby so I go to evolve on a regular basis and the staff is always so friendly they know my order by memory and are always so kind. The smoothies are amazing and honestly one of my favorite parts about the day, thank you evolve!!!

I I'm from Las Vegas and no matter where I travel I have to have my health meals. I stopped by this place. I will say, I had amazing customer service. Everything was fresh. The price point was comparable to others companies here in Las Vegas. The food was very flavorful & portion controlled. I would definitely recommend this place for your healthy eating options. Not recommend. My cocoa keto smoothie tasted like mushy cardboard. I also tried the green smoothie and was unimpressed.The only reason this is not a one star review is because the staff was nice, the store was clean, and healthy options in Iowa are few and far between.

I have been getting my weekly keto meal prep from Evolve in Des Moines. The staff is friendly. The location and hours are convenient. If you get your order in by Friday morning you can pick it up Sunday. Everything is fresh, packaged tight, delicious, labeled, and the biggest selling point for me is the variety of entrees they offer weekly. Seriously- these guys serve restaurant quality dishes I can pop into the microwave at work. My package includes my breakfast, lunch & a daily snack and I'm able to choose a different keto items because they have so many choices. Another favorite reason of mine about them is the amount of beef/steak dishes they offer. Living in Iowa we become accustomed to having quality steak. You can tell they are from the Midwest. These are real cuts of premium beef- not the cheap grown unflavored stuff that comes to mind when you usually think of meal prep. You can tell the veggies they use too are fresh and not frozen or canned. I compared this to 3 other meal prep services that were delivered overnight on dry ice and they are the clear winner!
