Came in for dinner on a non busy Tuesday night, but we had to wait 40-50 mins for the first thing to come out and another 10 mins for the rest of the order to arrive. There was only one server working, so it’s understandable that she was overworked and forgot things. Shout out to her though. Food was alright, but definitely not worth the wait. The main reason why they got one star is other tables got their food before us even though they came in and order after us. Waiting time is terrible.

3-6 happy hour. Half off appetizers. Great portions always have to take something home. Can never finish my food. Great place for the kids. Video games have 2 options play by hour no prizes or pay as you play for
Was meeting a couple friends from work & decided this place looked fun & had decent reviews. Nice looking place with a lot of seating. I thought the prices seemed very fair for the amount of food you get, and the food was good. Waiter wasn't unfriendly, but not super friendly on the same note. Just had that mood like he didn't want to be there, but got the job done.The arcade was nice, but more for kids than adults, in my opinion. It was fun to play some retro arcade games & pinball though. The play cards were nice, instead of putting cash in the game every time. Seems you build points on the card, instead of receiving tickets. It is handy, but kind of confusing at times when you check balances on the card. Yep, I'm old & not up on todays tech, and I'm okay with that. Still a nice place and would visit again for the food.Parking: Doubt it was the businesses fault, but parking lot was a pain, due to all the snow. It was hard to get around the aisles due to snow banks at the south end of the aisles. Mall service who cleans the lot, could've pushed the snow further back. Wound up parking a ways away instead of messing around with that tight spaced area. Good news is, when the snow melts, won't be an issue.

Service was great by the young man that had us but the blonde manager is not! I ordered the ranch wings and they were really dark and tasted like either old or burnt grease. Couldn’t taste the ranch at all. When I told the server they were nasty he took them back and offered me to pick something else. Easy right? Then the blonde manager comes and argues with me saying how she watched them change the grease yesterday over and over so she knows the grease can’t be bad. Either way they were really dark and tasted gross! Either the grease was old or something was overcooked in it. I told her to look at the wings, they aren’t supposed to be so dark like that. She’s not very good at her job to argue with me lol. Wings are normally good there but not tonight! Upon returning the wings I still got charged extra for the ranch I didn’t use.

Food is burnt and dry, my kid went to play the games and she said the guy who was behind the counter was really rude and she got frustrated because he was rushing her, but drinks were good. Plus, the guy behind the counter has brown hair and glasses. DONT GO FOR GAMES

Overpriced games. $10 for 100 credits lowest priced game was 7 credits and went up to 15 credits, with 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 credit games inbetween.

Good service just in the slow side, nice if your not in a hurry, we came to relax an watch the NFL games so we didn't mind the wait but not somewhere you'd want to go for a quick meal. Food was good,we had the cheese bread, side salad ,walking taco an wings, ranch was the good kind, a good decent sizedrink menu. We will definitely be back to try more food an drinks!

Went for my kid’s birthday party and came home with hearing damage.We went on a day they had a college football game on so they had they pre-game and game playing at a ridiculously loud level. We almost had to shout just to hear each other. The kids loved the arcade and the noise was actually lower in there, even with all the games going.We asked the staff if they could turn the column down and they said they have it up for the games. It’s so loud you can hear everything out in the parking lot. We couldn’t really enjoy the party and the tinnitus I have from military service is now worse because of a ball game and someone else’s arrogance. And on top of that you pay $20 for very cheap pizza they get from somewhere else. This is another place I would never go to if I didn’t have kids.
