This is a great local spot to eat some classic Mexican food! Good service, good food, and good drinks! My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that their parking lot is small, and there is not a lot of street parking available. If it was easier to park here, we would visit much more often!

I'd really like to give this place 5 stars. The food was really good and the service wasn't bad; food service was very fast... almost too fast. I think if we'd been in a booth instead of a dining table in the center, my experience would have been 5 star. I had the fish tacos. They were good, but not exceptional, and didn't come out as hot (as in temperature) as I would have liked. The seasoning was only 3 to 4 star as well; nothing exceptional. There were 3 of us at a table for four, and I thought we barely had enough space. All in all, it was a good place. If I lived in Des Moines, I could see visiting frequently. As an out-of-towner here on business, it's not a "destination" place.

Decent Tex-Mex food, large dinner portions . Service was okay, got order correct but never asked if we needed refills on water or drinks even though restaurant wasn't busy around 1 pm when we arrived.

This is my favorite “Near Beaverdale” Mexican restaurant. Try the Taquitos Rancho appetizer if you go there. I get that for a meal sometimes it’s so good. You won’t be disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps on both sides of the building.
