I haven't been to a Hardee's in years, so I was glad when I saw this one in Des Moines. We went to the driver thru and the gal was very friendly and helpful. She told us what their current deal was when my hubby asked. I had a big roast beef and it was so good. Hot, juicy, and pulled high with meat. They got our food out to us rather quickly, despite being very busy. Definitely brought back old memories of Hardee's.

Don't go for lunch on a weekend the staff is slow. Took forever to get an online order ready, and the curly fries were not fresh. Set there the whole time my order was being made and made me come in to pick up my food when the app said I could pick up from the window. Looks like they made everyone come in to pick up. >(Curly fries, and real battered onion rings. Can take some time in the drive thru to get fresh food.
We only went through the drive through, but Erick A took our order & met us at the window. He had a great, positive attitude & was very patient & helpful when ordering.
