Oh boy, and as the cashier put it, I'm already over this day! Went in to get milk and bagels. Found a basket of toxic waste candy. The basket was.marked 10/$1. We got about 50 of them to hand out for Halloween. 4 different flavors. Got to the register and Rachael was the cashier and she started ringing up the stuff. The Candy was ringing up at 20 cents each. Lori/Laurie was the manager involved, who had to get her manager involved (she didn't want to uphold the policy of "right price or its free". Long story short, I got all the candy for free, but Lord the attitude I had to endure from them to make it right was utterly unprofessional.

Food took a really long time.the cook burnt the food. The waitress was walking back. I won't come back to eat in the restaurant.

I will not shop here again. For the second time I have been charge full price when there has been a sales price sign on the item. They are willing to refund the money but unless I caught the item, I would still get charged full price. I just feel like this place is a complete rip off and will be shopping at Fareway from now on.

I walked in to the bottle and can return area and it was disgusting and dirty mold in all corners trash everywhere liquor bottles cans and beer bottles all over the place buggies with trash in it trash cans over full and the floor was very sticky to the point to where my shoes was sticking to it there was liquids all over the floor I walked in spoke to tmanager the manager said that it's been like that for a while that they cleaned the room every night and she blamed customers saying that they was pushing stuff in corners that's how all the trash and black stuff and mold ended up in the corners which isn't true

Went to get food at food takeout at 4pm on Friday night everything was empty been going off and on for 3 months and every time had to wait to have it made went to fluer drive everything was full

Ordered Picture Cakes that turned amazing. Get them home and my 3yr old knocks one on the floor so upset kid, need cake in an hour and a half. Called the bakery and the lovely ladies working told me to bring it in and the picture. Take it in they made me a new cake in about 10 mins that looked great as well. You saved the day thank you so much!!
Hey-Vee completely lost a customer today. Waited 10, yes TEN, minutes for assistance at the self checkout. Nobody at the customer service desk where others were also waiting. Finally left everything and walked out with just my prescription from the pharmacy. I will not be back!

This is Hyvee I always go to. Never had any problems. Great customer service, friendly people and very convenient. Tonight I went and bought stuff to make chicken tacos. Got home to find the shells I bought were moldy. Had to throw out. Expiration date was 04/20.

Well, the pictures tell the whole story, Men's room, bar area, Bartender had her kids taking up the best table, we came into watch the packers/49es game and no sports on the TVs. The tables facing the bar/game had one person, employee on break. Ron Peirson would have fired everyone Such a stain on the company. We watched most of the game and nothing changed.
