We love their food. But the Sunday brunch e-mails notice fails to mention the hours for brunch or supper. The brunch ends at 2 pm and the supper starts at 4 pm. We drove there today expecting to enjoy brunch but were about 30 minutes too late. So please mention the exact hours on your advertisement and we will be thrilled with your restaurant.

Long story short, I got $200 in gift cards for Christmas. Intended to use them tonight. I stopped in Wednesday to verify the amount and the bartender printed receipts for both showing $100 each. In the meantime I somehow lost the cards but kept the receipts. I went in and spoke to Kylen (sp), a manager. She didn't think anything could be done but she said she'd try. After a few minutes, using the numbers on the receipts, she came back said she could provide two new $100 cards. She also said someone apparently found them because one had $0 on it and the other one $25. This kind of service is almost unheard of. I lost the cards, someone found them and used most of the amount on them and they replaced them in full. I've always liked Jethro's, but they're clearly at the top of my list now. Thank you Kylen (sp) and thank you Jethro's!!!

So I order Waffle fry nachos, and O.M.G this is NOT it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!EXTREMELY HARD FRIES, I can NOT even bite them unless its SOGGY INTO THE CONDIMENTS. SMH I COULD HAVE MAKE THIS MYSELF BUT I GAVE THIS PLACE AT LEAST ONE MORE CHANCE AND STILL I GET FAILED. SMH THE ONLY THING GOOD HERE IS THE CHEESE SQUARES. ??♀never again!!!!! The park Where I was behooved was the wording they made it seem like it would be so good . ??♀ even the ribs are Not good I just Get failures left to right . I'm sad ?

All of the staff made us feel welcome. We watched the Kansas City game on great tv screens! The foods were sharing size! Our server, Travis was the best! All 5 of us ( women commented on his manner and service). Out of 300 applicants, there were 12 chosen, and they all work at this location! Super Bowl, here we come!Parking: Small lot, but lots of street parking,
Issac was our server at the south side location. I have been to many of the Jethros and have always been a frequent flyer. This dude absolutely killed it!!!!! I’ve only ever had service that really impresses me a few times in all my restaurant going ventures. Issac started us off with a quick joke to break the ice, was smooth with all his service and never let us feel like a burden with any of our requests. Great job Issac!!! Will be asking for you on our next visit.

Came in to come use the bathroom and there was a homeless man overdosing on fentanyl, when the paramedics arrived the man was not taken to the hospital but instead was just given Narcan and sent back into the kitchen to continue working for sub minimum wage.

I give the southside -5 stars, I didn’t wanna give the one I did but it made me in order to post. I spent $60 on a dinner for 2 people and it was absofreakinlutely the nastiest food I’ve had in my life, even if it was good the quantity was not worth the money. The so called garlic/butter toast… whatever that was tasted like stale cold popcorn. I honestly felt bad giving it to my dog
