Food and service was good. Cashier was very friendly. Ended up getting a chicken tender meal with a couple sides and it was tasty. Store inside was clean but some strange people hanging around. Got it to go and will continue to do that.

The bathroom was so dirty I thought I needed a tetanus shot!!! Then the dining room had food on the floor covered with ants. Do they not hv a cleaning crew???

I had an order to pick up at 7.15 pm and got the notification that it was ready. When we got there, some of the crew members were having dinner. On their screen, my order seemed to be completed but it was actually not even being prepared. We had to wait until 7.45 pm. I was not the only one; a few of us were waiting. They were clearly cheating the system.

Store was quiet. The gentleman working the register was cleaning when I came in at about 6:15ish. Very polite guy. Took like 15 minutes to get my food which was weird because I was the only one in the restaurant. ☹️. I got one of the spicy chicken sandwich meals with potatoes and gravy as my meal. Super disappointed because the photos of the chicken sandwiches make it look like a nice thick chicken breast so I was excited....because I had one of these when they first came out. My sandwich was literally HALF that thick and I'm a 6"4 tall 250lb guy so that's ridiculous when you get fooled by food advertising. If you are going to charge customers more and more each year....and give us LESS....then change the photos and advertising. Very disappointed in KFC. I'll make sure to warn my friends and let others know. ?

Definitely stop at this KFC!I normally wouldn't stop at a KFC because the food is always old and dried out, but after reading other reviews that said they don't use hot holding units, I decided to stop at this one while on a cross-country drive. I'm glad I did, because the food was fresh and juicy, the way it used to be.
