I drove 10 minutes to try this place out and I will be back. The space is small, so it seems the intention is grab and go. The music was good and the wait time wasn't bad. I got the Irie and it was simply delicious. I've gotten smoothies elsewhere and I don't think they use as much (very fresh) fruit as Lifestyle. Definitely recommend this place.

This looks so much better on Yelp. We had to leave because we saw MOLD on the fruit .. i don't like to leave bad reviews but I don't see how it's ok to have mold and filth in a juice bar. Sorry, just want to save someone else lol

Best smoothie I’ve ever had in DSM!! They make everything fresh in front of you. It was delicious. I couldn’t drink it all at once so I put it in the fridge. The ingredients didn’t sink to the bottom or get nasty, still fresh as when he made it!! A great local place and I love to support local.

Drinking the jamrock smoothie as I write this. This thing is something special. In town for a couple weeks so I definitely will be coming back and getting this one again and trying another. Plus, it's something about seeing the person literally cutting & chopping everything up and making the smoothie fresh. Much appreciation to this man.

I tried it for the first time today and it is the best fresh juice I've had. The smoothies are not full of yogurt, banana, and sugar. They sweeten with natural Iowa honey and it's not overly sweet. This is my new favorite juice spot and Tina was welcoming, friendly, and patient. I ordered two smoothies and asked her to surprise me with one and I'm already day dreaming about my next one?
