Wow! So good. I got the shrimp chimichanga and it's probably the best I've ever had. The dinner menu is a little pricey but it's justified by the quality. Lunch here is more affordable, but we're looking forward to splurging on the seafood tower soon

Food is really delicious, the stuffed piña is so tasty, their ceviche is amazing too, I would say the best seafood restaurant in the Des Moines are.The food is delicious at this restaurant, my favorite is the stuffed pineapple, and their ceviche, the portions are large, I think it is the best seafood restaurant in the Des Moines area ??

Excellent food bursting with flavor. I had shrimp tacos with chipotle sauce. Husband had something I didn’t get name of but it was seafood served in a pineapple with cream sauce with all the vegetables. Top notch service. Waitress was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. Definitely will be eating here again.

The place looked very busy so we thought it be promising. I was excited to try a new restaurant with my family. There was three adults in a toddler. They brought our food out one by one so we couldn’t eat together. They then made us wait 20 minutes for the toddlers food only to bring out one chicken strip and some fries. My birra burrito is nothing but meat, no lettuce, no onion just meat. Very disappointing.

The food tastes goodThe atmosphere depends on the client's taste.They have live groups on Saturdays or Sundays.Service...leaves a lot to talk about.Alcoholic drinks, although they take a while, are delicious.The waitresses do not offer you utensils to eat unless you ask...they take your order and do not return unless you call them.The place is big for the few waitresses that serve.Ask for your receipt before paying, they usually charge for things not ordered by mistake.Obio that was my experienceNot general.
The freshest seafood you could expect from a midwestern location. We had molcajete that had grilled chicken, steak, shrimp and grilled veggies (onion, cactus, peppers) It was fabulous. I thought the menu prices seemed high but once you see the amount of food you get paired with the quality, it is totally worth it. Another guest at the table had the seafood tower and it was impressive. The flavors were great. The Birria tacos are great too. Love that they bring two salsas to the table. One spicy option and one more medium/mild. Service can be lacking during busy times. Being left without drinks when eating isn’t fun especially when you have spicy food, not getting meal accompaniments (crackers/tostadas for ceviche) Didn’t see a server for awhile but they were very busy so it’s understandable. Love the live music.
