The last time I went to pick up my pizzas, I saw the employees handling all the dough and other food with NO GLOVES. The lady that hands you your order (handles cash) and answers the phone is also handling dough and bread sticks n such bare handed. The other employees tossing pizza dough also had no gloves on. I used to work at Casey's as a pizza maker and I know for sure that gloves can be worn when baking pizzas. This location has lost my family's business and anybody we hear say the name Papa John's gets an earful of how horrified I was to see bare handed food handling. Hopefully the Douglas location wears gloves cuz we want Papa John's again, but I think I'll go in and order our food so I can check em out and see if they believe in gloves.??

Lazy employees who don't seem to know how to count past 12. This is now the second time we have ordered the 12in cheesestix that is supposed to be cut into 16 slices and instead they only do 12. Its just laziness. Do better.

Just ordered a half pepperoni and a half sausage and pepperoni just want to say WHOS EVER IN THE KITCHEN I APPRECIATE THE EFFORT but honey you put wayy to much cheese on this pizza I don’t know if they have measuring cups but ik for facts they ain’t use one because there’s like extra cheese on top of the pepperoni it’s disgusting I expect just a normal amount of cheese it’s supposed to b sauce cheese and then ur pepperoni on top very disappointing. Just go easy on the cheese!

Called in an order after a long day and softball games. Got there and was told order was not done correctly so they made it right, gave us free dessert and pizza the incorrect pizza.

We ordered pizza we were told 80 minutes for deliver by the time we got home it was only 30 minutes and they were at the house according to the camera, driver tried calling once we missed the call. We were just down the street on the way home and the driver left we tried to call back numerous times and no answer. Tried to call the store no answer. Tried to call another store to get help with no help. They also took the payment out of our account twice. After calling the driver and texting multiple times we still never got our $70 worth of pizza.
