Horrible experience. They refused to deliver my order! Even though it was already paid for and their store was only 7 minutes away cause apparently they “don’t deliver to the east side” will never eat here again

I just paid 65 dollars for a couple pizzas I also ordered 5 cheese cups and what do ya know they didn't bring them I called the store and was told the driver was coming back 40 minutes later still no driver and now the pizza is cold you had 1 job to do and you absolutely failed.

A wonderful Papa John's shop to walk in, pick up, and go! I ordered through the app and the pizza was ready for pick up in "3-16 minutes" that's crazy fast!

The person that took orders was rude, n the driver stated "now off to risk my life for someone else." If that was the case he shouldn't be a delivery driver. Food was cold took 3 hrs vs the 1&45 minutes quoted. I will not be ordering from here again.

I always order and they never have any problem with my delivery. I was waiting in the emergency room and the delivery say was made it and when I called the store they they said they will not able to contact me. That’s why they didn’t make any delivery I wait for 20 minutes outside of the building And nobody even was close to the building I called I called the customer service and they gave me

all was gangsta, eating my pepperoni za, when on my second slice- I FOUND A KNAT!A WHOOLE BUG COOKED INTO MY PIE ???I said “oh nah!” and picked out the bug with the stem of my complimentary pepperchini pepper.They really cooked my boy up in they pizza oven rip lil plugNot 10 minutes later, a bumble bee landed on my boxAll chill- until that mf ran into my garlic butter dipping sauce ?He was flapping and flying but the condiment was ALL over his anthrax.I kept trying to earthquake him off my box but he could NOT FLY ??❓❓I will not be returning smhWheelchair accessibility: ?

Didn’t get food I ordered.the managerThe black gentleman didn’t have good sever demanded a tip and didn’t even have our food ready was to busy watching the gameIt’s one thing to have a computer give you an option to tip if you had received stellar service but for a manager to demand a tip from customers when the pick up there food oh hell naw.
