Not bad place one hr unloading and there is a local truck stop( about 10 spots) one mile away.

0800 appt got a door at 0930 done by 10 am. Not bad
Took and pick up a client from there, have not been inside.
Took them over 2.5h to unload, very slow or lazy people
Fast unloading..not much truck traffic ?
