There is nothing wrong with this restaurant.Parking: Easy at lunch time, not terrible on week nights, absolute hell on Friday and Saturday night but that isn't their fault.

The cream cheese Rangoons with jalapeño and garlic were exceptional. The spring rolls with fresh avocado and fried tofu were decent. The fried chicken wings, on the other hand, felt overly greasy. The fried rice with vegetables and tofu was passable, though somewhat bland.

Came to grab lunch recently and the food was alright but the service was even worse. Not to mention Kathy, our waitress was very impolite and had no manners. Not coming anytime soon. Yikes… ?

i went to pho real recently and i was really excited to eat brunch. our server kathy was very rude to us right off the bat did not even greet us, just said “are you guys ready to order” very condescending and did not wanna be there. we noticed that she even went as far to switched servers. will not be going again!

Honestly so disappointing. The food was okay but the service was SO BAD. I believe her name is Kathy, such a terrible waitress. So rude, so unhappy with her life. A drink spilt all over, due to the ultra thin boba cups, and it was a $7 strawberry lemonade. It spilt all over and i didn’t even get to drink it. I asked if they could take it off my bill and they said no, which is fine, but her attitude to it spilling made us feel worse for something that wasn’t even our fault. They also refused to remake it for free after politely asking. Service and atmosphere is everything and she has ruined Pho Real for me for a long time, I don’t want to come Into a place to eat and feel judged and unwelcome. Do better Kathy.
