Megan and her crew are amazing, very fast, efficient and got my order right. They are very friendly and welcome you with a smile. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. This is my favorite store to go to just because of that. Keep up the great work and we will be back!
I recommend not going here.. I'm a senior resident of desmoines.. for the price I payed i.expect much more.i do believe it was from the day before.. or reused chicken wing.. worst place ever!! Besides that iv tried for over 30 min to call them about thier garbage no answer.. ok I suggest u don't waste your time or money on this place 100%

Went in the other day to get one of the strawberry biscuits,waited almost 10 minutes to receive help. The guy that helped me (w/m/glasses and heavyset, tall) had been licking his fingers several times for a bag, which is still disgusting. You could have sortquik or use the rubber finger things. NO, instead you insist on spreading your germs to me and many other guests since everyone has been getting sick. One star because of the hygeine and the wait.

I have always had a rocky relationship with Popeye’s…The food is so delicious, when it’s packed correctly. This specific location always seems to have trouble with staffing. In the past 2 weeks I’ve tried to order inside and waited over 20 minutes to order. Just to decide to leave as there been people waiting for their orders for over 45 minutes! There is one woman who can wrangle things together…But she seems to be the only one who knows what’s going on. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name and I haven’t seen her lately. I wish this location could get things together…I know they try their best…just not sure what’s happening. But it is definitely tied to their staffing issues!
