Ordered online to pick up inside. Lobby was locked at 4:30. Literally sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins to get our pick up order. Coffee was cold and frappe was half whip cream. Terrible service and product.

I ordered a black coffee with with extra cream and when I get all the way home it's only a black coffee. The tag on my cup was correct. They said well drive all the way back here and we can add cream for you. Are they Fing kidding me???

Coffee was good, but the counter stayed wet and unkempt during my entire visit. This gave me the impression the staff was unable to handle the volume of business. The speed of service was satisfactory. I won't be in a hurry to revisit.

Have been to this Starbucks ever Thursday for fall bogo, we ordered a pumpkin drink and a chai tea latte. A barista with a name starting with a Y (maybe Yassina?) was rude and wouldn't give us the deal because we "didn't have 2 fall drinks" even though every other barista knows that chai tea is considered a fall drink on the app for the bogo deal. We kindly explained that it has worked before and she was still rude with a bad attitude. We just paid the full price because we didn't feel like explaining further, but definitely is the ruder of baristas that work there. Also the chai tasted like plain milk :/

I order ahead every day somehow my order is not ready even though I order over 15 minutes prior. When I pay for light ice I expect light ice. Tell me why my ice is filled to the brim. My favorite drink at Starbucks is a Pink Drink but I definitely don't recommend getting them here unless you like straight milk. When I ask for no berries they continue to put in berries. I am paying over 7 dollars for a drink and I should get what I am asking for. Also the workers are rude and inconsiderate.

I was there this morning and they made my match horrible the first time. I asked for light ice and 5 scoops in my venti matcha and the milk was sour, it tasted like they put 3 scoops of matcha in there, and they filled the whole cup up with ice. So I nicely asked them to make me a new drink and they re made it but it tasted the exact same. It really ruined my morning especially when I am paying $6-7 on a drink.

I love coffee. I drink it daily. I've had Starbucks all over the world. This was the most uncomfortable and morose location I've ever been to. Yes, the store manager was there. The atmosphere wasn't friendly. It had a "get your stupid coffee and get out" kind of vibe. They need compassion training other Starbucks required during covid. (Store Mgr was there. They had plenty of employees.)Kid-friendliness: They have caffeine free drinks.Parking: If the drive thru stays moving, the parking lot is easily accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a 1st floor. Has disabled parking and is easily accessible.
