Great Service, relatively quick, food was good, don't know why they try to hide the meats and the cheese, I have no clue why, but it's not really a problem. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff went above and beyond, they were caring and hard working. The two young men working had to warm up more meatballs because they ran out and warned me that they were fresh and very hot and as they were making my large order, used their spare time to clean and make sure the restaurant looked nice. They were very very amazing. My only problem with this restaurant was the fact that the online ordering was down for all the subways around and management should have a backup code or plan for these employees for when that happens instead of leaving them helpless and left to deal with these situations with no resources.

The area behind the counter looks horrible. Not good for a food serving establishment. Staff was okay and needed some improvement on reading skills.
The worst customer service ever. Ordered from their app. Sandwiches came all messed up. Upon calling the store they weren’t able to give me a refund because the manager wasn’t there. The guy stated “yeah we realized we made the wrong sandwiches but door dash already picked that order up” the app didnt allow me to get a refund. Ive tried calling and still nothing. Will never get anything from here again. Also if the manager wasn’t there than she needs to train her employees to give refunds especially if they mess something up! 0/10 customer service skills.

It's very simply. Be nice to your sandwich maker and they will be nice to you. Food is always delicious at this location.Vegetarian options: They have many veggie and cheese options. They also have egg you can used in place of meat.Kid-friendliness: It's small so my children don't feel so overwhelmed while in there.
