If I can give 0 stars I would! We came to have breakfast at 10:25 and they said we couldn't order even when they stop serving at 11am.And we asked why in the drive thru and a lady comes out and rudely says because we don't got none.People need to be more professional. Very disrespectful!

i mean it’s taco bell so whatever can’t expect much but i ordered a chicken crunchwrap and basically got no meat at all the tiny bit that was in there was actually beef, & the quesadilla hardly had any sauce

It's taco bell so it's decent, but this location you could not order from the front cashier area where you normally would like the workers forced you to use the kiosks which it's nice to have but if I want to order from a person cause I have a question I should be able too. Also this location is shared with a gas station and it's in a bad part of Des Moines so shady people hang around outside asking for money and what not.Parking: Parking lot is shared with a gas station so parking might be hard if the two places are busy

I would give a negative review if I could. We ordered through the app and went drive through, waited 50 minutes, 15 of those at the speaker to take the order. When someone finally spoke, two of the items we ordered weren't even in stock. We will not be coming back to this location and will fight for a refund considering we waited for almost an hour.

This was a delicious Mexican pizza I had sat down and ate there. They're the best fresh.
I pulled up to the drive-thru 15 minutes before close. They had a truck out front. The young lady told me I should have waited until she spoke to me first even though I was sitting outside for a while and nobody spoke from the drive-through box. She then told me unless I had an online order she wasn't going to take my order. It's a damn shame because this is the Taco Bell closest to home and now I'll have to go to another.

I'm tired of places not giving you what you ordered. I ordered the chalupa cravings box from this Taco Bell through the drive through. Horrible service on the order, when I finally got the food the bag was already cold when I received it. Should have demanded a refund then. But guess what I found was missing from the order when I got home, you guessed it the chalupa from the chalupa cravings box. It seems like places just don't care anymore and are happy with straight up not delivering what you pay for, which is theft.

Went in at 11pm after I just watched somebody walk out with a bag of food and the guy working refused to serve us. It says open till 1am on the doors and on the website so obviously he just didn’t want to do his job.
