I heard good things about the pizza and wings but didn't try them. I definitely don't recommend the onion rings, cheese balls or cheeseburger! They were greasy and tasteless. I may try the wings if we ever go back.

Small bar that has been on the East side of Des Moines for quite some time now. The food is delicious. I would recommend stopping in sometime and trying out the food!

I went there for a friend's birthday.. I didn't even know this place existed and I'm glad I know now because they have the best onion rings and the best sausages sandwiches that I have tasted in a long time. Their long islands aren't bad either.

Saturday September 4th. Order food to go. Over $80.00. We was missing items called them, and let our server know the sampler platter was missing serial things. She said she was sorry for that. And they charged us for extra ranch. That didn't happen. Mandy our server called me back and said there menu had changed. And we were given the correct order because there menu changed and Rich the manager said they were not doing any about. Well you lost my business as well as my family and friends won't give that a place any if our money. We eat there all the time. But its my last time. Yes my money can go anywhere. What a great disappointment. Even my co workers order too. Hopefully Mona the owner see this message.

Great pizza & sandwiches! Our crew loved the tenderloin and Italian Sausage Grinder!The race car decor was perfect too! This east side Des Moines bar & grill is busy most nights! We just went with a group of 8 for lunch and they took excellent care of us! Just minutes from Altoona and Downtown.

Fries were soggy and greasy, cheese sticks aren't cooked hardly at. The grinder and cavatelli are good but their sides are garbage. We've tried them 3 times now and something is always messed up. This was the last try at this place.

YUM!!!!! In town visiting from Scottsdale, AZ and decided (per the suggestion of my step-dad) to give this place a try. We LOVED it! Close to my parents house and the Cavatelli Dinner as well as our Pepperoni/Sausage Pizza was AMAZING!! Parents both get burgers there all the time and they enjoyed them that night too! Everyone was SUPER nice when we stopped in to pick up our carryout order. Can't wait to get back to Des Moines to try this place again!
