I visited Wasabi Chi 2 years ago and revisited it after the reopening, it is still the best suchi in town. They have a new dividers between the tables. I strongly recommend it if you like raw sushi, you will love it; and if you like cooked sushi, you will love it too.

The hot and sour soup tasted like they put a beef bouillon cube in some water and called it a day. Not at all spicy or sour, no seasoning botnsoucesnif any sort. Honestly the worst thing I've ever eaten from any Asian restaurant.

This place used to be my go to for asian cuisine. They have raised prices and seem to have smaller portions. Still way better than anything in north des moines. If im downtown i would go for W-Tao over wasabi. But i like how close this place is. They never get food wrong. Always fresh.

Brought my sister here for her birthday l. The prices were very high for such a small portion. $10 for six pieces of sushi. The birthday dessert was fried bananas... They were gross, but free, so ?‍♀️We were disappointed

We had an amazing experience here today. The food was absolutely wonderful and service top-notch. We were greeted promptly and kindly. On our way out, we spoke to the manager and told her how impressed we were. She was grateful for the feedback and for our business. Also, our table had hand sanitizer for our use and the restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend this hidden gem in the Merle Hay neighborhood.

What can I say but, "YUM"! I haven't been here for a long time so was disappointed that the slimmed-down menu no longer includes the lunch special. But still, YUM!!

Food is good but no lunch specials so is kinda pricey, also there's no combo plate. My sisters Love the warm sake though!
