As many have previously put, this location is not the greatest, we ordered a son of baconator and a bourbon bacon cheeseburger, and some lemonade and dr pepper no ice.Unrelated, I know, but for both meals, they were around $11.00 eachWe got our food handed to us, waited for awhile and they came back and said "what are you waiting for?"in a rude manner no less, and we saw our drinks on the counter and told them we didn't get our drinks.I've worked fast food before, but you don't get agitated with the customer and you also don't forget to give exactly what the customer had ordered.I understand it's Christmas Eve and it's only noon but our food got cold and got really cruddy service, we will not return.I advise others to pick better options or for Wendy's to properly train their employees to give the quality service that we were assured.

i ordered a family size chicken nugget meal on grub hub and recieved about 30 chicken nuggets opposed to the 50 that i was supposed to receive. they also included an OBNOXIOUS amount of sauces. we also did not receive straws for our three drinks. disappointed after spending $40 on this meal ??.

Really slow at getting food out. Food was threw together and messy as no other. No straw, no napkins, fries were way over cooked. Would never recommend to anyone. Seriously do not know how they are in business still.

With out fail this place messes something up. I wouldn't order from it if Doordash didn't make it the one for my area. There are times I order 5-6 items and get 2. When I order unsweetened tea, I get sweet tea without fail. I don't think they even know what unsweetened means. I've had probably 50 orders since moving here and not a single one didn't have something wrong. It's really sad. Don't order/go here, pick a different wendy's.

It helps to opetate a restaurant when there are more than 12 year olds running the place!I've been in line for more than 10 mins. I have yet to reach the order window! Then I called to complain and the 12 year old that answered the phone, was like oh. Huh. Yeah, okay.. CLUELESS!! ?Side note: I am still waiting for my order!!! 45 mins later!

I've had better but definitely had worse. First time to this location and I ordered on the app. Food was right but there was some confusion on my drink. They figured it out pretty fast so no biggie. The woman at the window wasn't too nice but wasn't rude, but sometimes people don't have the best days so that wasn't a big deal.

Placed an order online at 6:42 pm. I get there at 6:53 to pick it up. Get stuck behind 2 vehicles. One that was allowed to order and the other one ignored, eventually drove away. They decided to close even earlier then the 7 pm early hours. Unfortunately they ignored me when I pulled up to the window. I honked and called but they still ignored me. A lady with poofy hair ( you know who you are) walked past and smirked as she walked by. I saw food and fries dumped in a tray assuming that may have been my food. I had to leave with no food and as I already paid now have to email to try and get my money back. We ended up going to Culver's to get food. So I paid for dinner twice and we got 1 meal. All the individuals working should be fired. They did what they did on purpose and even appeared to enjoy it! Do not eat here. I wouldn't trust them with preparing your food. Sad how Wendy's has gone downhill over the years. Won't ever attempt to eat here again. Why isn't there a no stars option or a negative stars??? In these types of situations there really should be.

Order 2 meals I specifically asked for my meals to be mediums and I get smalls… I asked the guy that gave it to me if they were mediums and he said no my screen says small then shut the window on me no receipt nothing would not recommend this location

Sat in the drive thru for a total of 45 mins finally get the food I ordered, checked the bags bc it was a big order. I was missing a sandwich and the manager came to the window told me I was wrong to check again I checked again still missing sandwich offered the bags back to her for her to check and instead she told me I " was crazy and she was calling the police". My family was home waiting on their food and I wasn't waiting more, so I get home and in fact I was missing the sandwich. I called and tt the "manager " who admitted it was she who threatened me with the police, I told her I just got home and was in fact missing my sandwich and she HUNG UP ON ME! I'm on hold with corporate as I'm typing this.
