I've always received decent service and no issues with my order. The problem is the lighting for the parking lot is very poor. A random person off the street approached me twice at night in the poorly lit parking lot. I felt very unsafe. The owner should provide well lit surroundings around the building for the safety of their employees and customers.Parking: Parking is one way.

Had a horrible experience the kid behind the counter was handed a list due to having a large order still managed to ring in the order incorrect paid for extra sauce that never made it in the bad and to top it off the food was served cold as if it was sitting for a while when asked to correct the order the lady not even the kid that put the order in started yelling that she will not fix it after a short screaming match I gave up and will it be returning to this location need better customer service and learn to take orders or take accountability when you screw things up

Starting off, I paid a whopping $56 for 40 wings, and two fries with 2 blue cheeses. I was the only customer in the store for about 20 minutes, before any other customer or online orders came in. I waited over an HOUR, people began coming in 20 minutes after me and were getting their food before me! Once they called my order after the hour of waiting in store, they gave me 20 of the 40 wings I paid for, which were cold and soggier than a wet paper towel and only one sauce.. I only received one fry and never got the second. I brought it to the cashier’s attention that I was missing half my order. They took the old wings to hold them back in the kitchen while they cooked the other 20 I ordered just to give me back the soggy ones without my second order of fries. I am disappointed that every wingstop in this town is ran the same way!

Wednesday evening we received our order around 7pm. The order was wrong and missing items. Then 5hrs later in the middle of the night one of us became violently ill. All he ate in the 10+ hrs before getting sick was the five wings he got from the six piece he ordered.

Tonight I witnessed a man get told he couldn’t use the bathroom if he wasn’t a paying customer the crew member putting soda in the machine literally took time out to follow him to the bathroom the man got upset because he was being treated as if he was homeless a big fat stupid customer had to get involved and make it worse. This place has rude and ignorant employees I am a long time customer that spends $75 each week and the way this man was disrespected tonight for trying to use the bathroom I won’t be back
