I wouldn't even give it one star if I could. Worst establishment in Des Moines (and probably the entire US). Owner is a complete scumbag who stalks women and serves minors. This bar ruins the great Ingersoll neighborhood and we all would do anything for it to close down. For your safety, and health, please do not visit this place.

Should have read more of the negative reviews before we booked a team lunch here. We ordered apps that came out in decent time, but the meals came out over the course of 45 minutes. Food quality outside of the northern lights pizza items was extremely poor.

This is the most beautiful bar in Des Moines! The atmosphere & vibe are exactly how I want it to be. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Can't wait to experience the patio as soon as the weather permits!

Stopped into zora today for lunch. Parking was easy. All of us had food and drinks and service was amazing! Our bartender was on top of all our drink orders. We had an amazing experience!!!!!

Staff was friendly, but very clearly not trained well. They struggled to get the 2 beers I ordered. Prices for beer are significantly more than elsewhere. Stayed for one drink and left. Much better places to go on Ingersoll.

While I liked the country music playing in the background, Zora leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to service, cleanliness, and food. The bathroom was messy with toilet paper all over the floor, dirty toilets, and soaked counter tops with the sinks. My group (6 of us) was the only group in the place (3:15 in the afternoon), and it took over 40 minutes for us to get our food. The pictures speak for themselves as far as the quality of food.

Have came here twice and it has been practically dead both times. The service was great both times and the rooftop patio is awesome! They were short staffed last we came so we had to go downstairs to get drinks though. The food isn't anything special but would come back for the patio.
The lunch sandwich, as pictured in their menu, was NOT what we received, but when delivered told us that they changed it up form time time! How do you change up a “Ruben, labeled at pastrami ruben? We never got any of the additional ingredients with out asking for them! Everything was wrong, but customer service was POOR! I paid for 2 meals, all terrible, and who has NO sweetener for tea, unbelievable. Doesn’t deserve a return visit. They are thefts. took my money, did not give me what we ordered, and tried to cover up the lack of quality food!

Location has huge potential. Build quality and atmosphere are nice but the food is bland and boring. Basically a Northern Lights Pizza plus bar food. The service was acceptable. Overall not impressed with the way things turned out but it’s a lot better than the old spot at that location.

The atmosphere and the service are terrible. Parking is limited but this place is always dead so that's mostly not an issue. Last time we were here we left after sitting at the bar for 10 minutes and being ignored. That wouldn't be a huge deal except there were 2 bartenders and only 4 other patrons in the whole 1st floor. That was my 4th and final time coming here. There are so many other much better places than this in the area. I can't speak on the food. Only have had appetizers and they were mediocre.
