If you haven't stopped at Ray's Longbranch in Drakesville, Iowa, you are missing out. They serve up a giant tenderloin that is meaty, tender, and tasty. OH, did I mention it covers the plate.Our companion ordered a breaded chicken sandwich that she reported was one of the good ones.Thank you for your great service and a top knotch lunch.
This place is a favorite of ours! Great burgers, yummy cheese balls, cold beer and friendly people!!! The staff is always super friendly no matter how busy they are, they always take time chat a little with everyone. Go early on the weekends because they get busy!

A phenomenal pork tenderloin and great onion rings. The pork tenderloin sandwich was half a pound, would make a great entry into Iowa's best pork tenderloin contest. Of particular interest with the onion rings was a chipotle ranch dipping sauce. Scrumptious.
