My son wanted to try this place, we went in and ordered our food and I paid with a hundred dollar bill and the register guy took awhile to give my money back and when he handed it back he never counted it, then again neither did I. I got home to realize he shorted me $10. i learned my lesson to never go back to the store and it only cost me 10 bucks. Sad when the employees rob the customers like the food isn't expensive enough.

Cindy was extremely kind and informative she kept a smile the whole time serving us. The food was amazing and you can tell they took the time to prepare it with care . Highly recommend fries are amazing here! They also have banana shakes here!

It’s just so weird to have every part of your order questioned in a condescending tone. Daughter wanted bacon cheeseburger. She was basically interrogated as to why nothing else on it. She finally agreed to pickles and took them off to appease the lady at the register. We wanted two large fries. We were made to feel stupid for even asking. Look…we’ve gone to five guys in another state before Dubuque even knew what a 5 guys was. We know it’s a lot of fries. We take them home so the kids can eat them when they inevitably are starving again later that night. Then when I say burger with everything. “Do you mean all the way or every thing offered?” What the hell do you think? I thought it was common knowledge that all the way makes sense. Order was large fry. Small fry (bc god forbid we just get what we ask for without being grilled on the choices) 3 burgers and a hotdog. 4 drinks. $75. Hands down the worst service of all time for that cost. I feel as though if I’m paying fine dining prices, I should just be allowed to order and not have the commentary from a snarky lady. The cooks were cool, tho. Friendly and made good food. At that to price and quality of service, I can see why it isn’t very busy

Decent burger, but way too expensive. Just like Culver's, they ruin a good burger by using fake processed cheese slices. Never again

Food was taken to go. Customer service was friendly and were informative. Ordered a little bacon cheeseburger with little fries. The burger itself was a bit dry and flavorless the lettuce was a bit off but bacon was good and so was the cheese. Fries were okay a bit more on the soggy side even tho I saw them make them fresh. Also got a hamburger with pickles lettuce tomato and same with this burger it was lacking flavor such as even a bit of salt and pepper. Fries also not the best. Overall this location could use some work but service was nice and friendly.

Skylur S. welcomed me like family. Not only was this a best burger I've had in a minute but the best I've had from a 5 guys chain. Generous amounts of meat and fries from this location making it the best bang for your buck in Bubuque! Come in and ask for Skylir and you will have the BEST this location can give. Sklur deserves a promotion!

Overpriced and overrated. They call it 5 guys because 5 guys have to pitch in to buy a sandwich.
