My first time there even though I've been living in Dubuque forb5 years. I don't know if they have food. Wasn't paying much attention. Good and plenty pool tables and dart board. Not real busynon a Sunday Memorial weekend night but I thought the bartender was friendly. Met a guy that only spoke Spanish and I couldn't understand him but we communicated well and we both thought each of us us were good pool players. Good atmosphere and a good location. Two thumbs up ? ? and yes, it's 6 am even though we left there about 12 am. Great sunrise over the Mississippi River. I would give it 5 stars if I could remember if they had food and I ordered some and if it was good.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility.
