Stopped in here for the first time this week. It's obviously a favorite for locals and was busy even on a Tuesday night. We decided on pizza even though we had gone for burgers. Pizza was loaded with toppings, had great crust and sauce. From my experience I'd say top 3 pizzas in Dubuque. Super friendly and fun staff. It's nothing fancy inside but looks like it has some history. We be back soon to try more of a dinner or fish fry. Great place!

Sadly, there for a celebration of life. Bartenders were quick, food was good & a nice atmosphere.

Was at group function. The apatizers were good. The main dish the çhicken was dry, the beef was fatty, and the potato tasted like instant.

Nice banquet facilities. Attended our Sons End of Baseball Season ceremony dinner and it's a nice place.
My family and I always have a great time here the food and the ice cream and all the fun activities makes Happy's one of our Favorite places to eat
