Ordered through Uber eats and got a famous bowl, no corn and Mac and cheese. No corn due to an allergy and I received no Mac and cheese, and my famous bowl had corn in it. My order also had the wrong receipt, a tender combo with a medium Dr pepper. Which I received neither

Ordered $20 fill up box round 4p.m. on 11/31. Wanted extra crispy, but it woul be a 17 minute wait. Took original(5 pcs)10 nuggets 2 scoops of fries 4 biscuits. Fries very rubbery,been sitting for awhile. Chicken (both styles) tasted like was cooked several hours prior.very disappointed, as I was really looking forward to this deal. Don't think I will visit the Central location again. Staff acted very non-chalant, and they couldn't have cared less about my order, or its freshness

Put in a order 2 days ahead of time. Showed up for the pickup and they didn't even put the chicken in the frier. Then while waiting we had the luxury of watching a woman put on deodorant (hopefully) behind the counter in kitchen area. Asked them to make it right for having us wait an extra 35min and got told no. Over all it was a terrible experience. Will not return or utilize this location.

Store opens 1030 am and no lights on people are swearing and cusing about other employees managers going on and on about how employees are suing and by the waybstood there for 10 mins amd no one and i mean no one served me or even came to the counter!!!!!NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT INSIDE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Not the KFC I remember was expensive 41.00 for 5 of us when 2 were kids. My mom loves chicken but was greasy and she said Pizza Ranch is better. Ultimately a disappointment ?

When eating my coleslaw I found a small piece of cardboard in it. When the cashier (Amanda) was ringing us up she didn't ask what we wanted and was talking to another worker, they didn't have good customer service.
