The pizza is decent, but it really depends on what you like. You can tell the ingredients aren't home made. It is filling though and the price is good. It's not my first choice but you could definitely do

Authentic old neighborhood saloon with darts, pool tables and pinball in a cozy room decorated with neon signs and beer lights. Really awesome food by reputation, we were too late and kitchen was closed. Where else will you get a frosted mug for your beer or a chilled glass with partial shaved ice and a straw, making every highball oh so easily drinkable? Great atmosphere if you're looking for old Midwestern charm and character.

We were in Dubuque spending the night before Platteville Graduation. We look for non-chain places to eat. Knicker's Saloon had good reviews and now we know why? Great Pizza, Rings, atmosphere and service.
