Long time ago, Papa Johns pizza was really good then it got to be so so it’s been a while since we ordered so we thought we try again. It was even worse than what we remember from the last time, the ordering took way too long and then we got charged a delivery fee from DoorDash or GrubHub, not sure which one delivered it instead of a local driver then paid a tip on top of that. Pizza was junk done with Papa John’s not sure what happened to the original recipe they started with but all went downhill from ordering to delivery

I will say I love music including music with foul language. It just isn't appropriate for the work place where customers come in. Some could have small children who wouldn't want their children to hear music like that.

September 19th, we got pies to feed the family, Tuesdays are the day to get a great pie for a reasonable price plus the wife signed up for a papa Murphy account and got a free pie??

Walked in at 3:30 in the afternoon. No other customers in the place. There were 4 employees in the back room standing around and we waited 7 minutes before we were noticed. The prep table was a mess, it should have been cleaned.Two of the young men handling food had shoulder length hair, one also had a beard. That curly, long hair should have been tied back...it was not appetizing to look at and is a health code violation.Pizza was great!!!
I live in the Chicago area and was at Papa Murphy's Thursday for the 1st time. The staff Was professiona,l friendly , And very attentive And the pizza was absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back my next trip and sure wish You had a facility in The Chicago area.

Just moved back in town, looking for a healthy thin crust pizza joint. This pizza is awesome! Thin artisan crust with loads of fresh veggies; love it!

Friendly cashier, but guy who made pizza was off putting. It doesn't matter if you wear gloves if you scratch your butt and have to keep pulling your pants up without changing them like he did. Or wipe nose with hand and keep same gloves like he did.

The young kid who took my order at the counter seemed to be bothered with my order he sighed rolled his eyes and looked at his co-worker. There was not another soul in the but myself. I work in customer service and this was not good customer service. This kid should not be in a position of customer service. I was going to leave a tip but decided not too why should i. I will have to decide if i want to continue to come to this place.
