We went for our granddaughters birthday. My son reserved a room which was great but it was so bland. There were 4 tables and 16 chairs and nothing else. The place was packed, which I expected for a Saturday buffet. The food was good, nothing spectacular. They offer a variety of pizza and fried chicken with sides. The staff were busy trying to keep up but they were just too busy. The arcade area was bright and loud but the games averaged $5 each which is too costly in my opinion. Overall, the gathering was nice but I don't see us going again anytime soon.

Normally I really enjoy Pizza Ranch. This particular occasion, it was after 630 PM on a Sunday. There was plenty of food on the buffet line which was good. However, I think there might have been an equal amount of food on the floor under all of the tables. It was very unappetizing.

My experiance with the Dubuque,Iowa pizza Ranch was I arrived around 2pm and The food wasn't fresh but sitting around.It was not clean enviroment.The floors where greasy and slippery.The cook came out and he used his shirt to wipe off his sweat from his forehead..It made us a party of 4 sick and we did not expect that from any food chain..We will never return unless that company gets on there help about cleanliness ..I hope the management of corporate fixes this for future progress..

Never been to A resturant that was so dirty every where you looked,tables, floors. Employees were'nt nice at all. Asked an employee if there was a cheese pizza coming out..he replied with a stupid look on his face a feplied..Ya sometime...Then had an employee walking around like she didnt want to be there with HEADPHONES ON she picked up a few tables gave a small swipe( that didnt even come close to cleaning the table,then walked away without wiping off the seat that got all wet from the dirty dish tub.

We always enjoy our visit. All our cousins meet once a month just to visit and catch up with what's happening with them and their families.We get to reserve a room, so it's not too noisy to talk. The only criticism I have is that the corn ? and buttered noodles ? are always cold. I love these two foods. I would take them home and heat them up, but you can't take anything home, so I eat them cold
