The people who work at this location are amazing!! Walking into the store and hearing "Good Morning Tim" is very welcoming. Today, your app would not let me order ahead. As soon as I walked in the door, the girl behind the counter acknowledged the app was down, entered my usual order with out asking and had it ready as soon as I was done paying. Very Impressed and a forever loyal Starbucks customer of this location!! Keep up the great work :-)

They have an EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNCOOPERATIVE female manager...VERY COMBATIVE ACTUALLY. We ask for Bakery and food items 2 NOT B Warmed up...actually saving them a step, and it's 2 3 ring cluster #uck circus EACH AND EVERY TIME!!

This is a convenient location with an easy to access drive thru. The employees at this location have always been beyond friendly and helpful. This is located next to the new Dubuque Aldi Store.Vegetarian options: There are always at least a few vegetarian food options to pick from and a variety of coffee products that are vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is always been willing to make a steamer or some other kid friendly drink when I've asked them.

2023- I called to ask a question and the girl on the phone said "Starbucks we're open until 6" and hung the phone up.2018-The place is new and everything is nice. The staff were very courteous. Price is a little high, my sister-in-law had some kind of iced mocha, well my brother and I had a couple of dragon fruit drinks and all together it was $14. It tasted nice though. The place is uncharacteristically nice for the area, but maybe that's a positive Twist on how things are going.

i don’t know what they did but they messed up my drink! i always get this drink everytime since it came out and it doesn’t look the same. i asked for a refund but they said i need to go in person? when i had my sister drop it off for me since i was at work. so i could not come in. wasted 200 stars. wont be coming back.
