Food was fine but the service was not very welcoming. When I gave a subway employee a coupon they told me to physically walk to the back of the line and read a piece of paper that read in small print "coupons only apply to regular subs" and said I couldn't use it even though I haved used that same coupon with the exact same order at other subways and it worked just fine.

The eployees had to ask the same question for each sandwich about 3 times, the food was extremely cold for something that was “toasted” and they refused to follow the coupons as printed, only allowing certain meats when the coupons clearly stare the sandwiches that are excluded from the deal. Worst service i’ve ever received.

Order delivery through Subway and paid extra for bacon on my tuna wrap. But when I got my tuna wrap. Not only was there no bacon on it, but I could only eat a few bites because the wrap literally tastes like I was biting into a handful of salt. Paid over $20 for the wrap and delivery on everything. And when trying to call the store to say something or get a new wrap made and I would pick up. I got no answer Around 345pm

They need to have better systems for dealing with online and drive through orders. I ordered online and when it said it was done I still had to wait 30min for it to actually be done. A guy ahead of me just left after waiting for 20 min.

It was awful. Why in the world would you have a drive thru at Subway???? Isn't the whole purpose of Subway is to interact with the customers while the sandwich artist makes their sub?? QUOTE, "Subway prepares sandwiches in front of customers, allowing them to see exactly what goes into their food and how it is prepared." So y'all just deciding to not do the whole transparency in food now?? Anyways, I tried to go inside but they locked the door so I HAD to go through the drive thru. My sandwich was made wrong as well. To be fair it was a new experience ordering a sub through an intercom so I had a little slip ups when ordering but I made it clear what I wanted. I wanted a wrap with chicken, american cheese, lettuce, banana peppers, pickles, onions, spinach, tomato, with ranch. They forgot the onions, tomato, and cheese, this shit was PLAIN. Im never going to this Subway again and WILL go out of my way to get a sub somewhere else.

This used to be a great Subway! Staff standing around while one guy was making subs! I got two footlong BLT subs! The bread was so over proofed that the bread was like dust when you bit into it…three thin pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of cheese! Seriously? When you pay $9 for a simple, you expect better! I’ve always had great subs at the other two Dubuque Subways! If you want a good sub…stay away from Dodge! Poorly run!

Since they moved into the new building, the new employees have been terrible. Complaining about the amount of orders coming in, complaining about why so many customers are walking through the door LOUD ENOUGH FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO HEAR. I just left and they were out of Mayo, ham, sweet Asian zing, ranch, the Parmesan shaker took well over 5 minutes for them to go refill, and they had to microwave my meatballs for my sub. We were in line for close to an hour (keep in mind we were the FOURTH people in line) and nobody except what I assume was a manager showed any sort of sympathy or rush to get us our food and put the door. This was just the latest time I had been on there, with many other horror stories from this place, at many different times throughout the day, because the employees show no sign of interest in doing a good job. I will never return to this subway and I will be sure to let everyone I know to just go to the subway over on JFK or even peosta instead.

Ordered online and pretty simple put avocado on leave everything else off think you couldn't mess it up guess not. The guy with the headband was really rude and judgemental of my husbands order, rushing him through when he wanted to add more stuff. He also told me it would take him over 20 minutes to cut salami for the sandwich I wanted.

Last 2 times workers were very rude and my final and last time I'll go there. Old couple infront of me confused on bread worker with head set on was mean when she had to repeat there choice of bread. I never did get waited on so I walked out. Find a diffrent location, this one SUCKS!!!!
