Not even open and there website says they close at 12:30am. What a joke. So tired of dishonest restaurants in town not even bothering to update there own websites about there new hours of service. I had to find out from a security guard inside the casino.

According to the hours they are open until 2:30am. Tried to go into order. Food still out. Was rudely told were closed. Said ok and then the employee started laughing at us. I understand things happen and companies have to close but the rudeness was not needed.

Beware, the restaurant is inside of a casino and is hard to get to if you're expecting a quick stop. They do not accept subway gift cards which was disappointing. Good, friendly service, but only one worker.

Tried getting a sub last night. Got in line behind 2 other people ordering. The guy looked at us and in an loud, irritated, and rude demeanor said, "Really?! I'm trying to get stuff done." Then continued to mumble some more under his breath. We just left as we could go elsewhere for food.Should probably get rid of that guy as he clearly doesn't want to be there anyway. So you can figure out who he is as I didn't catch a name, he was the only one working (at the casino location in Dubuque) Oct. 1, 2022 at 11:15 pm.

First, it's located inside a casino and a hassle to get to if you aren't in the casino to begin with. Second, the employees like to hide in the back where they have no clue if there is a customer who wants a sandwich. After several minutes, I had to knock on the counter and yelled asking if there was anybody working. It was a couple more minutes before she came out front.

Was not very happy with my sandwich. The guy seemed like he didn’t know how to make a sandwich. My sandwich was an absolute mess. Was very hard to eat. Not very happy. Here is a picture of the top part. The bottom part was 10times worse. The bottom part looked like there was no bread and everything was falling out.

Employees were very snotty and rude when we stopped in for our lunch today.I asked for a steak and cheese protein bowl. There is almost no cheese in it and the bowl is very sloppy. I couldn't even open it without getting ranch all over my hands.I asked for a kids size (3in) turkey and they refused to do that as well.They also just had a huge attitude. We definitely won't be back.

Terrible. Shaquille didn't know what one of the meats behind the counter was. I asked him what it was and he straight up looked me dead in the face and said idk. Then proceeded to take his sweet time sloppily putting our subs together. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Says open until 230 Friday and Saturday. Tried going at 1150 employee said sorry we're closed. 1230 is what they are open every other day of the week. What a joke!!

Nice lady took care of us. A little disappointed in multigrain bread.
