We had an issue with the wait list. The gal put our name down wrong and mistyped the phone number. We knew something was wrong but when I went to the counter, I was told we have to wait.

Food was fantastic, waitress was friendly, the music was so loud you couldn’t talk or hear your party , they have about 5 or more handicap parking spots but no where for handicap to set! I used my walker but if I used my wheelchair I would not been able to eat there fix this it discriminates against the

We stopped at The Texas Road House on March 17th to celebrate my birthday. We got there at 11. When asked how many people. My son said 9. We were told we would have to wait 20 minutes. My son asked if we could have 2 small tables together. She said we could but we wouldn't be together. I wished I had gotten her name. Very rude.

Ate there last night place was busy but got seated within 5 min. Our food took a half hour except our appetizer came quickly rattlesnake bites spicy which we like but very salty. I ordered a kebob med.with fresh veggies kabob was cold and well done they took it back and redid it still more done than medium and this time no tomatoes,with my kebob fresh veggies were barely cooked, couldn't even get my fork into my carrots had to pick them up with my fingers my husband's meal was fine but I didn't hear the word delish....I will think long and hard before returning
