Classic bait and switch with their menu. The value was fair when they first opened but these days 7/13/18 its lacking a lot!!!. After today I have found out they have gone cheap but prices stayed the same. I am very disappointed, in the beginning they were Good! with their fair prices for a fair meal but now they have gone to 8 dollar meals that leave you hungry. Waiting room floors are sticky like they have never mopped them since my first visit. Call in orders don't matter you will still wait like you just ordered from the window. After loving them in the beginning now I am afraid they are bleeding the repeat customers dry. Food quality the same but now your biting tooth picks over a real size chicken wing. after 9 dollars for one meal per person no one would be satisfied. It is sad to see an okay place turn to this level of petty. I was a loyal fan but now I can get two meals for that price at KFC and be better off. Such a shame they got one over me. At least I'm able you tell you guys that you should go else where for a real meal. After all the cussing that goes on there, this is NOT a family place!

Just saw this place featured on Channel 9 and wanted to give it a try. The best Italian Beef sandwich I have ever had. Worth the trip for the food. Worth the price. Service was efficient but I am an old-school customer that likes a friendly smile that makes me feel welcome - didn't get one except from the little girl. I will go back because the food was that good, and wishing them the best.

Best wings in Dubuque by far. The mild sauce was perfect, just like classic Chicago wings. If you're from Chicago like me and missing some Chicago food, Da Shack is the place to go.

I had a taste for something different, so I stopped into Da Shack. I'm so glad I did. The young lady working tonight gave quick, efficient, and friendly customer service. I beleive in ora, and if my food is thrown together angrily, which this was not, I wont eat eat and will not return. She put love into my sandwich. I'm happy, and am about to "SMASH" THIS BEEF! Thank you to her and Da Shack. I will return!

Service: Excellent service. Greeted upon arrival and told I'd be waited on in a moment. The staff let me know after placing my order it'd be about a 10 minute wait (which it was only about 7). Definitely nice to know if there is a wait time rather than having to guess. Food: Absolutely delicious! I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich combo and will be back for another soon. The staff who took my order suggested mild sauce for my fries, which I'm glad he did. So good! The price for the meal was affordable; I got my money's worth! Welcome to Dubuque, Da Shack. I look forward to returning!

Tried a carne asada burrito, it was ok, I've had better. A little over priced for the size of it though. Maybe I'll give them another shot some day. But for now it's El Paisano's for me.
