This was byfar the worst experience I've had here. Went thru drive thru(not very busy at this time) ordered the baconator, I got 2 slices of bacon on the entire sandwich, 1 slice cut in half of the top patty, and 1 slice shredded in half on the second patty. The burger patties them selves were almost burnt. I've ordered this burger many times before and never been disappointed, this time, Im not pleased I did not receive the 2 orders of nuggets I ordered even tho the person handing me my food was ready with the bag and my drink when I pulled up to the window. I would have went back of the weather wasn't absolutely horrible.

Hade to wait 10 mins to get my order in. my chicken sandwich tasted like dish soap could only eat 2 bites not sure why people eat there this is the first time I have been there in 3 years never going back gross ?

Have not eaten inside a fast food restaurant for many years. It was nice and clean, even the soda machine area. Staff was extremely friendly and even checked up on us.

This place has gone downhill since the beginning of covid-19. The store is somewhat clean. It could use some upkeep but ok. I don't eat here. There are better options in the city before coming here. If you like Wendy's, then this is for you.
Food was nothing special. Fries were kind of cold. Hardly and ketchup on my burger when I even asked for extra. Girl at the counter was friendly.

The French fries was not very warm and one of our sandwiches was wrong. We drove back to let them know. They did give us another one but they should have offered us something free since we had to drive back and get the correct one.
