After moving to the Quad Cities last year I had yet to find a bakery that was worth going back to…. But Eastern Iowa Baking Company TOTALLY changed the game! My girlfriend and I went this past Saturday morning and the moment we opened the door, we were in awe at how amazing the place smells inside. I needed a Thanksgiving pie last minute as my original plan had fallen through. EIBC saved the day and got my order right before their cut off for the holiday. I got the Caramel Apple pie and it was a hit! It was also $10 cheaper than the original place I planned to order from. I will definitely be back to try more of their baked goods!
