You can definitely tell that all the food at this place is primarily microwave very few things taste fresh, service is absolutely horrible especially at the bar not to mention the employees reek of marijuana you can smell it sometimes through the restaurant and if you park near the back you can see them smoking it and smell it, the atmosphere is okay some of the TVs work and some don't so if you go in there to watch a game make sure you get a good seat with a working TV

We visited this location last week and it was great overall. My lady likes the perfect margarita and up north it comes with chips and salsa. As well, it is always a Proton Silver Tequila. We received 1800 but she didn't want me to say anything. Jazmine was our waiter. She said that is not something we do here. She was very polite and respectful. We said it's nothing to worry about. The manager Josh, brought out some chips and salsa. He wanted to correct any concerns we had on the spot. The reason I have four out of five stars on the food is, I went there for a rack of ribs and the cooker was not working. I had the riblets instead, which are always very good at Applebee's. My lady ordered a steak and we asked for rare to medium rare, it came out perfect! Besides the franchise issue and the slow cooker being out, five out of five stars! Thank you Jazmine and Josh for a great evening!

So I returned to Applebee's recently with my brother and his wife. Everything was great till we got our pretzel appetizer. Upon eating the pretzel sticks, we realized the middle of the pretzel sticks were still raw and doughy. They did remake them and then came our food. I ordered the Burbon Street steak medium, and it came well done to the point that it was too dry to even eat. The mushrooms and onions were burnt to the point that they were not edible to eat. Instead of making a new plate of edible food, they just gave us $5 off and took my food away. As much as this restaurant claims to be a great neighborhood restaurant it really needs to improve the food they serve.

Group of 5 sat in a dead restaurant for 25 minutes without anyone assisting us after we had been seated between 2 of the 4 other tables with patrons. We were unable to get help despite trying to get the attention of the 2 servers at the tables on either side. Would give negative stars if I had the ability. Got up to leave, and we were told to "have a nice night" by both servers that ignored us for the duration we were seated.

Food sucked, Watress didn't care to notice our food was overcooked. I Was trying to get the attention of the staff. I was doing 2-25$ menus options. They didn't notice my wife l,was Not happy with the food at all. They over-cooked her chicken, my steak was too thin so change ur Advertising sucked it was false Advertising for sure. It was clearly not a premium 6oz sirloin steak, it was clearly a pressed flat iron steak over-seasoned for sure. The chicken my wife had was dry, Covered in sauce, to the point we couldn't even eat it. Looked like they just threw the meat on the potatoes because they were too lazy to do it right. My kids complained there fries were not even seasoned correctly, the appetizer was cold.

Well it was a standard Applebee's experience. Not bad.... Not great. But let me tell ya did the bathroom pay for it once home. Sooooo probably be awhile before we go back. Just doesn't happen to me at other places.

Very rude people working there. We went for dinner one night and the lady was snotty saying it would be a 20 min wait. Plenty of tables open but we wanted to sit at the bar. She again was rude and she said it STILL will be a 20 min wait at the bar. Then the bartender was even rude saying it will be a 20 minute wait. We decided To leave. Not because of the wait but how we were treated. Can’t you please train your ppl how to cordially tell ppl it will be a wait? They don’t have to be snotty!

The place wasn't busy and took 20 minutes for a waitress to come over. I ordered the all you can eat riblets, wings, and shrimp. After I got my wings they were cold and nasty, next I wanted giblets, the waitress then tells me , oh we ate out of giblets, could of told me when I ordered. So I tried the shrimp, again cold and nasty. Fries wete cold. Wife Alfredo was nasty and yes cold. Don't go to this shot hole!!!
