The Pepsi was good. The food on the other hand was a different story. The worst brisket I have ever eaten. It was dry and rubbery. I'm pretty sure it was old and they just microwaved it.

Not what you'd expect for a steakhouse. Way overpriced for a lukewarm steak. Ironically, there is only one steak on the menu. Long wait to get seated when the dining room wasn't half full. Seemed like it took 30 minutes to get your food after you ordered. One of the staff members seemed to aimlessly wander around looking at their order tickets with a confused look on their face. Definitely won't be back.

Recently we held a training conference that involved Buford's preparing the meals for us. The staff did an excellent job helping us to plan and prepare by having strong communications skills. They offered an impressive variety of meal options, they were very accommodating for special requests, flexible on time/ set up options, and, most of all, there was may compliments from the attendees about how delicious the food was.

The lady bartender (blonde one) was rude and the mac and cheese is a $5 abomination that tastes like warm milk with noodles the texture of soggy cheese... but no cheese flavor. I hands down would have preferred kraft. I love Mac and cheese, but that was atrocious. My husband says the other bartender is way cooler, and the chicken Alfredo was pretty good ?

It was ok. The service was fast but the price was high and they were understaffed which lead to tables/booths not being cleaned fast enough. The staff was very nice and food was ok.

The menu listed here is out of date. The Alfredo sauce tasted like it was out if a bottle. The tarter sauce tasted more like mayo and the amount given was 4 ounces. It was not a positive experience.

If i could rage a zero i would. The first thing I ordered was burnt end that was amazing ? but set the standard way to high for our actual meal. I got ribs and was supposed to have brisket but never got that. My ribs I'm assuming where from the previous day bcuz the bones where hotter then the rest. And was chewy bent the fork trying to pull it off the bone.. the steak fries had to seasonings and where very bla. Not very happy and wasted alot of money.
Price good, portions were great. They were shorthanded when we went and that impacted service and i believe food turnaround

Really disappointed! We love Buford’s but went for New Year’s Eve and ordered prime rib medium rare and they only had it in medium and then told the next table they were out of prime rib at 6pm when they were offering it until 10pm. Prime rib wasn’t very good and we noticed the menu has changed. Bring back the pasta! The options on the menu now are very scarce. I would bring back the old menu.

we were at buford's tonight. Saturday the 3rd of December. he got the prime rib he was lucky if he had half a piece prime rib to eat. the rest was all fat. I can't believe that they would serve a piece of meat that looks like that. hash browns were horrid they were cold. and the steak was super greasy. we were very unhappy with our meal. never going there again.

I am giving it 3 stars because the bar tender was a total 5 star server, the waitress and the food were a 1 star. Food with no seasoning, mostly out of a can, fries were cold, waitresses lazy. Got better service from other waitresses and bar tender... Food was not worth what you paid. Go to McDonald's...
