I tried to call to order pizza and I probably tried close to 12 times . And each time they hang up on me. They lost a customer I am no longer going domino's anymore. Horrible customer service I'm done had enough.

Domino's outdid themselves again! Great food & customer service. Saturday night I received my food about 10 minutes after the estimated time. No big deal because nobody can truly predict when your pizza is going to arrive. The pizza, wings & chocolate lava cakes were still hot. Everything was correct. Despite the minor delay I still tipped the driver $20. What brought me to do this 5 star review is that the very next day I received an email saying I'm getting a free pizza due to the delivery delay. Interesting thing is that I never complained to the driver about anything. I wasn't even watching the clock. That's impressive customer service.

Would be 5 stars all around but when I went in to get my food, the person making the pizza wasn't wearing gloves or a hair net. Both are things that should be worn all the time when working with food. Otherwise everything was great. Love the pizza.
The manager has things going great at this location. I walked in and placed an order so I was able to watch her interaction with her employees for about 30 mins. She constantly was following up on each of them, checking orders, getting orders out, running the cash register and more. When she handed me my food, she made eye contact and wished me a great night. She made sure I didn’t need any condiments. It’s hard to find great workers these days but she’s one of them.
Got food from Diminos twice in the past couple of months. Really enjoyed the food and service both times. I picked up a pizza, cheesebread, & wings. Service was friendly.

Ordered carry out a few days ago and we were very unimpressed. They were rude at the counter, and when I called about our pizza being undercooked and breadtwists being burnt they made it sound like it was our fault for not picking it up fast enough. Even though we ordered online while sitting in the parking lot and went in when the app told us to. I feel like this place has slowly gone downhill since new owners took it over and honestly would rather buy a frozen pizza than go here again. So sad, this place used to have the best pizza. The only domino's I would eat at.
