Usually I’m very happy with my Jimmy John’s order and have no complaints, but tonight was just a big let down. I paid for the giant 16 inch sandwich and ordered an ultimate porker just to come home to start eating and realize there was no bacon on it at ALL, which would be fine had I paid for a regular ham sandwich. I usually get Jimmy John’s on my way home from work when it’s late and I don’t have the time or energy to cook anything myself at home, and it was just a bummer to pay so much for a “specialty sandwich” when it was just a regular ham sandwich.

Kudos to these boys at this location...we were in from out town for a funeral so we ordered sandwhiches for our whole group (15-17 sandwhiches) and they had us in and out so quickly and were very patient with us the whole time!!!!!

I ordered through DoorDash for delivery. They were unable to deliver it, so we did pick up instead, and they did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the status. Much appreciated! These folks were great. Thank you all for the work you put in. People need to be kinder to those in the food industry, because I could have thrown a fit about having to pick up my order, but I know from experience in the food industry that things happen where things don't always go as planned.
