I went in and ordered a create your own pizza and asked for NO red sauce and even repeated it a couple times. Red sauce gives me stomach issues. So now I have to eat this pizza that HAS red sauce on it. In no way am I trying to disrespectful. Normally when I order no sauce I get no sauce. Just please try better next time.

HORRIBLE! If I could give negative it would be -10! Never again will I give this business my money. Staff are rude and lazy. Ordered my pizza and even gave extra time before I went to grab it. Went in and they completely ignored the 2 customers ahead of me and me. Decided since the small space was filling up and half the people either didn't have mask or wasn't wearing it properly, that I'd just go out to my car and call. Once they picked up, they kept ignoring me on the phone, wasn't responding, then hung up! I called back and same thing. I called 3 times and talked to them. 3rd person was incredibly rude! I go back in and same thing they completely ignored everyone in there until the whole room was full. Little blonde girl decided to finally do some work and when I told her that I had placed an online order, she said it just came out. The order I placed almost and hour prior had just been done. I literally watched this woman stand there and do nothing the first time I went in. I also watched 3 people open the same 2 pizzas 3 times for no reason and wasn't wearing gloves in the process. There used to be a decent group running the pizza place and now they are horrible. This has been horrible customer service and little Caesars should be ashamed to have such time stealing employees that treat their customers poorly.

The guy who works there on the weekends and goes to iowa central is most certainly high. Explains why the orders are messed up. Food was decent although not correct. 2 stars.

Get you a thin crust pizza and cheese bread you won’t regret it. This store has improved so much they actually have great customer service makes me feel welcomed.
Not sure what happened to the Management, but for the past two weeks the overall experience has been horrible. Each time going in for "hot n ready" pizza had to wait at minimum 30 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Now I understand that new staff need training and will improve overtime, but there is no leadership present when it is clearly needed during the evening rush. Tonight in person patrons had to be turned away because they were so far behind on making orders. The online ordering is swamping them. Only three staffers were on tonight and they were trying their best. Needed at least 5 on to keep up.

I’d like to say I miss Alice Derrig as the store manager use to be great service great employees, but the last couple times I’ve been there the kid they have needs to learn customer service, rude rude rude and RUDE.......

Little Caesars Pizza seems to be a home for a lot more than hot pizza. As a customer, I had been sitting inside and could tell you people's business today I don't even know. The employees there are questionable characters who probably shouldn't work in an establishment where children frequent.
