Must depend on what crew you get when eating here. The place was clean. WAY cleaner than the Webster City one I was at a week ago. Staff were friendly and food came out quickly and was hot. I have no complaints yet for this location.

I hate to be a Karen and complain about anything involving public service since I worked similar jobs before. However, every time I order from this specific McDonalds they somehow mess up something that's harder to forget than to remember. Several months ago I got off a 12 hour shift and ordered online for pick up. 20 minutes go by and I arrive, however, apparently they expected my order to be drive through but I went inside instead, and they proceeded to spend 40 extra minutes doing god knows what when I was the only one inside and maybe 3 people in the drive through. They gave me the wrong order which luckily I checked and I told them literally a minute before another lady came in to complain about where her order was. After the 40 minutes I got my real order and I checked it again and they somehow gave me a McChicken instead of a Crispy Chicken so I told them again, shown them my receipt and even on their screens it said Crispy Chicken. Now today, I consider to be my last to go back there as I ordered a Big Mac and they literally left the top burger and condiments off. The bun was there and the bottom burger and condiments were there but they just through a top bun on half a Big Mac. Employees can be nice, but this is the worst McDonalds you could go to as they can't seem to do anything right even with someone pointing it out in front of them 2 inches away.

I waited nearly 40 minutes for 2 spicy mcchickens no lettuce with a medium fry. I was served countless orders that were not mine. When I received my food, it was not correct. What came out was 1 spicy mcchicken no lettuce, 1 regular mcchicken with lettuce, and cold medium fries. You’ll save yourself time if you drive across town to the other McDonald’s and come back. I have never not had to pull over and wait for my food here. Some of the staff are nice, that is the only good thing I could possibly say about this place. Don’t recommend, drive to the other one across town

Don't favor having to order own good on a computer.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: I use a walker to get around, I have no problem with it.

If I could give negative I would. Seriously ridiculous. Was told to pull into slot 1 to wait for food. 10 minutes later still no food they tried to give me something I didn't order and ppl that came and now they brought a whole tray out and none are mine. So much for making a 2 hour drive on time...
