Very disappointed in my cheese quesadilla this time. Couldn't even taste the cheese. I tore it opened and there was such a a small amount. Ridiculous for the price!

Where do I even start...This place has a special place in my heart. While I was attending Iowa Central as an International, I came to Pancheros at least once a week. Very kind souls in this place. As soon as I walked in they knew my order before saying a word. I was probably the only guy who took a Double Pressed with Tofu. To the staff, I hope you see this. Although in Fort Dodge sometimes I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere, Pancheros created so many memories for eternity. Thank you so much.

We stopped here after a cross country meet on our way back to Newton. There were already lots of people here, and we added about 30 kids and 2 adults to the line. The staff were all in good spirits and treated everyone great! They worked good together and got us all our food in a timely manner.

I actually think this place is not bad.I tried their chicken burrito and it was really good.Then on another visit I tried the steak version, not so good. I thought the steak pieces were hard to chew and bite through (aka fat or whatever), as why I knocked a star. But the staff are cool and your food is ready really-really fast. So it's goin to be a return for me, but only for the chicken burritos. And oh ya their tortilla bread they use is magnificent; something about that tortilla I can't figure out. It's not like other tortillas I've encountered, more fresh and fragrant. Perhaps they are making them fresh. Anyway its nice and thin, and gummy and moist, not to mention smells really good. Worth a try if you're in town.

Icey day with no icemelt on sidewalks. Walked into a dirty dining room. We ordered our usual 1 pork carnita burrito and 1 steak burrito and 1 kid quesadilla. The steak meat was so overseasoned and full of fat/tendons it was impossible to eat. The quesadilla was so bland and tasted of moldy cheese, and we had already given some to our 1 year old daughter. I love Pancheros, but my husband doesn't care much for it, and this is why. Every time we go, we have a bad experience, so it turns him away from wanting to go again.

Don't go even close to closing cause the 2 managers that were on duty 2.3.23 at 8 pm just going to serve you cold food then hang up the phone when you ask too many questions about your order. Yeeeeaaaahhh no thanks
Inappropriate behavior coming from 2 adults.I am dasher and I did not appreciate them encouraging me doing part of their job. I called to clarify and they disrespectfully and immaturely hung up on me. Very unprofessional!!

It’s amazing food. But some workers are rude, not child friendly. They tell you to hurry to keep the line moving, (much less than 5 mins) for kids to decide what they want. Recommend to come prepared with menu, or wouldn’t recommend kids here.
