The food is always hot and fresh and is good but the service is very slow and it takes a very long time to get your food heads up prepared to wait and the atmosphere is very plain, The Staff are friendly they just very slow but yet they can't get very busy

I brought my daughter in to get a personal pizza she won from school and got my own personal pizza too. They were amazing and the service was really good. Flynn was the one who took our order and he was very nice. Overall great experience.Parking: Due to construction parking was a little difficult and hard to find where to pull into the parking spot.Kid-friendliness: People working in the kitchen were saying some things a child should not hear.
After my husband drove home 40 minutes h and I opened the box to find a bug, Iimmediately got sick to my stomach! The manager offered a credit that had to be used within 30 days or to remake it, really?? How about a refund? Ridiculous, not to mention revolting!

WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF ABLE. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. CALLED AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF AND SPOKE TO A VERY UNHELPFUL PERSON. APPARENTLY, THE LOCAL STORE WAS CLOSED. I WAS TOLD I WILL GET A CREDIT, IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO FIGURE OUT IF I ACTUALLY WILL BE CREDITED. COMMUNICATION FROM WHOMEVER I SPOKE WITH AND THE STORE SEEMS TO BE POOR BC I WAS ASKED TO RATE MY EXPERIENCE RATHER THAN INFO ON GETTING MY CREDIT.
