Book Club meets there once a month. The specials are great! Classic cheese burgers, Maidrites, and others have been great. I personally love their won tons! And they have nachos and deep fried pork tenderloins. Great service and TVs available for the sports enthusiasts.
I travel A TON within the beautiful state of Iowa for work. This is an incredible gem. A true neighborhood bar, within a neighborhood, in Fort Dodge, IA. And by neighborhood bar, I mean that you feel like family when you're there. The vibe is very special. It's got the sports bar feel, but it's so much more than that. It's complete hospitality. Service was awesome and so was the food. The pulled pork sandwich was on special and it was pretty good, not overwhelming with sauce either. The wings are huge here and have a slight breading on them that gives them that extra crisp. Will be back again for that Philly next!
