My wife and I ordered subs off the app from this location. I ordered extra of 3 different toppings and they put zero of any of what I ordered extra for making the sub worse than if they just made it normal. My wife got a Philly cheesesteak which she ordered toasted (of course) and it felt like it was not even touched by a hand it was so cold

The service definitely could’ve been better. The staff really didn’t seem like they wanted to be there or to take the orders and make the food. It seems their proportions have gotten pretty skimpy when I asked for all the ingredients on my sandwich they looked at me like I was wasting their time, I didn’t really feel welcome, overall cleanliness was moderate there was pop and stuff stuck to the counter. Maybe that’s because there was no manager on duty as the sign clearly stated on the glass.

Staff member are FABULOUS...NICEST PEOPLE EVER.. NEW TO TOWN AND LOVE THIS SUBWAY. BEST SANDWICH WE HAD FROM SUBWAY IN A LONG TIME.

Food is always pretty good, service is always pretty lacking, and if you get a sandwich with chicken they skimp you 2/3 times. Prices are skyrocketing so don't go unless you have a coupon! (Which doesn't work on a select few sandwiches anyways >:(

Online order wasn't correct and when I called the store to let them know the lady said they were out of what I wanted. Fine, but that wasn't communicated with me at all. The lady said that happens. When I asked if it was normal to do that she said yes and hung up on me.

Got to this subway at 8:48 and the worker in there locked the door in front of me as I was getting out more than ten minutes till close when I only needed one six inch sub

I ordered my sandwich & Julio started talking to the rest of the staff about how he tried my order and how it made him sick and want to throw up. Why would he speak about this so openly in front of the guest? Then I went to pay and he ignored me to count the cash rather than taking care of the customer first. Not a good look.

Like, an absolutely WONDERFUL and YUMMY experience! Q made the most incredible tuna footlong -- with numerous toppings -- for me! And she was most gracious, patient and down to earth, complete with a great sense of humor, as I crafted the sandwich! Then, LIZ, at the register, was very nice and explained how I could get discounts on my next visit! Great customer service all the way around! So I highly recommend this restaurant to satisfy YOUR unique sandwich cravings! -- Ian ?

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!! Ordered online for pick up and it was incorrect! When you go in and edit before checking out apparently it completely removes any changes you made! So called them and got no help with making it right! Was stuck with sandwich that wasn’t ordered and not wanted!! Will not go back anytime soon! Very very disrespectful communication as well!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Might be worth the trip to the college!! Terrible way to run a business!!!

I dont know who manages this Sunway but it's absolutely horrible. Everytime we try to use the online order system there is an issue. Today we ordered and then when we went to pick up our order they shut the doors and said we had to put a "could not fulfill order" ticket in on the online app. So now not only are we out money for their issues but we are also out supper. Who closed at 7pm? Seriously the only reason we choose to go to this subway over the other one is because it's closer to our house and it has a microwave to warm sandwiches.
